Ray Weaver brings more than 30 years of senior executive leadership, business strategy, and organizational development experience to Elevate 360, combining extensive operational expertise with a distinctive understanding of human behavior and the dynamics that influence leadership and team performance.

01The experience

Throughout his career, Ray has led strategic growth initiatives, developed professional leaders, coached executives and managers, and guided multidisciplinary organizations through complex operational and organizational challenges. His consulting experience spans more than 30 acute-care health systems and behavioral health facilities, over 250 physician practices, and more than 400 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Ray’s approach integrates executive leadership, organizational strategy, psychological insight, and executive coaching. He believes sustainable performance emerges when business strategy, leadership development, and the people responsible for execution are effectively aligned.

03The foundation

Complementing his executive experience, Ray holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, doctoral-level studies in family systems, and dual professional licensure as an LMFT and LPCC. He is also the Founder and CEO of Chiron Psychological, established in 2016, and has developed innovative integrated behavioral health models connecting medical and psychological services.
