Last updated October 9, 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your use of elevate360group.com, run by Elevate 360, A Psychology and Consulting Group, Inc. (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is, and is not

The site describes our consulting, coaching and assessment services. Nothing on it is professional, clinical, legal or financial advice, and reading it does not make you our client. A client relationship begins only when we agree one in writing.

The Organizational Snapshot is a brief, directional screening for organizational reflection and leadership development. It is not a diagnosis of any person or organization, and it is not intended for employment decisions, selection or evaluation of individuals. Results depend entirely on the answers given.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger or in a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This site is not monitored for emergencies.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organization’s use. You may not copy the site, the Snapshot, or our materials to offer them as your own, scrape the site, interfere with it, or submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful through its forms.

The forms ask for accurate contact details; please give your own.

Our materials

The text, design, photographs, graphics and code on this site, and the Elevate 360 Performance System™ and Elevate 360 Organizational Snapshot™, are ours or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove content at any time. We do not promise any particular outcome from our services; results depend on many factors in each organization.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
