Accessibility
This site should work for everyone. Here is what we have done, what we know is not finished, and how to tell us.

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of the design, not a layer added afterwards.
What we have built in
- Text that can be resized to 200% without losing content, and a layout that reflows on small screens.
- Colour contrast that meets the AA standard for text and controls; meaning is never carried by colour alone.
- Full keyboard access: every link, button, menu and form control can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
- Proper headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate the page and understand the forms, including the Organizational Snapshot.
- Motion that respects your system’s “reduce motion” setting: animations and transitions are turned off when it is on.
- Descriptive link text and alternative text where images carry meaning; decorative photographs are hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
Some photographs are stand-ins while the site is completed and may lack final descriptions. The printable Snapshot results are formatted for the screen first. We are working through these and will update this page as we do.
Tell us what is not working
If any part of this site is difficult to use, we would like to know. Call 949-335-9898 or write to info@elevate360group.com, and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply, and we will fix what we can.
If you need any of our material in another format, ask and we will provide it.
