What we collect

We collect information in two places on this site.

The contact form. Your name, email address, organization, title (optional) and the message you write. We use it to reply to you.

The Organizational Snapshot. Your name, email address, organization, title (optional) and your eight responses. We use them to score the Snapshot, show your results on screen, send you a copy by email, and follow up if you ask us to. The Snapshot asks about your organization, not about you, and it is not a clinical instrument.

We do not ask for, and you should not send through this site, health information, financial details or anything confidential about a person. If you are a client of our affiliated clinical practice, Chiron Psychological, Inc., your records are handled there under its own notice, not through this website.

How we use it

To answer your message, to deliver your Snapshot results, to schedule a conversation when you request one, and to keep our own records of who we have spoken with. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.

Who sees it

The people at Elevate 360 who handle enquiries, and the service providers that run this site for us: our web host, and the service that sends email on our behalf. They process your information only to provide those services.

We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. It may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages are read; where it does, that data is aggregated and not used to identify you. Your browser can block cookies entirely; the site will still work.

Links to other sites, including Elevate Care Connect and Chiron Psychological, lead to pages with their own notices.

How long we keep it

Messages and Snapshot submissions are kept for as long as we are in touch with you, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend them to everyone. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Our emails to you include a way to stop receiving them.

Children

This site is for organizations and the adults who lead them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the information you send is stored with the providers named above under their security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this notice

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly on this page.
